Blink 182 Reunion

Travis Barker said no Blink 182 reunion, but they are back!

Yep: if you were missing the boner jokes and catchy songs about hot babes and how much it sucks to be a teenager you’ll only have to wait until the summer to hear and see Mark Hoppus, Travis Barker, and Tom DeLonge get back on stage and perform such classic hits as “What’s My Age Again”, “All The Small Things”, and “Adam’s Song”.

There’s a message on their official site that reads:

Hi. We’re blink-192. This past week there’ve been a lot of curent status of the band, and we wanted you to hear it from us. To put it simply, We’re back. We mean, really back. Picking up where we left off and then some. In the studio writing and recording a new album. Preparing to tour the world yet again. Friendships reformed. 17 years deep in our legacy. Summer 2009.

While it might be a little presumptous to use the word “legacy” when your biggest album had an enema joke in the title, no further information has been set but keep checking back to Manolith for tour dates and album release dates. Do you think we’d let this one past us? We were “those guys” in high school. We could play every song on “Take Off Your Pants and Jacket” on guitar if we wanted to.

Feb. 8, 2009, as the date of  the 51st Annual Grammy Awards, Tom Delonge, Mark Hoppus, and Travis Barker spit out their mind blowing announcement…….are this names ring any bells???…..that’s right!! They are the guys composing the band Blink 182!! And they are back to kick ass!!

Let me tell you something about Blinks past.

Blink 182 is one of the most popular Punk-Rock band ever to walk the earth, their songs echoed trough history of the most youths because of their touching and catchy songs and their lyrics that can relate to most emotions of youth. Strong friendship bonds them, because believe it or not, From teen age to the point they have their own family to raise, they manage to stick together as a group, as a band.

But for sometimes, a strong bond can break. Tom left Blink 182 and start to form his new band, Angels and Airwaves, leaving Travis and Mark to also start a band, +44.

But the best thing for now is that, BLINK 182 IS BACK!!!!!

Rumors says that Tom will leave Angels and Airwaves beacuse of the bands comeback, dont worry i found a video blog with Tom himself saying that he wont leave Angels and Airwaves.

So thats it…Welcome back guys!! Hope you are ready for another huge-kick ass warped tour!! the fans loves you that includes me!!!!
